Fil Fest USA "Islands of Discovery" opens Friday night with music and dance; Saturday's activities include a pageant, cosplay contest and the popular lumpia eating contest that includes last year's champion, Brandon Felton, and competitive eater Raina Huang. The evening's entertainment lineup includes group JAGMAC, singer and rapper Jae'roze Tate and the Filipino-Australian trio, H3rizon.

Sunday's program includes worship services, martial arts and boxing demonstrations and headliner Sofronio Vasquez, the winner of Season 26 of "The Voice."
