The Z's holiday season includes family-friendly shows and community events that open Saturday and run through the end of the year. It has a bit more oomph in recognition of The Z's 10th anniversary this year and includes the popular "Holidivas" show, with a revamped set list and a bigger show, and new acts.

Holiday Arts Mixer. Dec. 9, 6-9 p.m.
Free event for volunteer partners, staff and the community. It includes a potluck and cookie swap.
A Soulful Christmas: A Groovy Musical Revue. Dec. 5-15, 2 p.m., 4 p.m., and 7:30 p.m.
The new 1970s show, inspired by the hit TV show “Soul Train,” features gospel, R&B and soul.
Holidivas: Hits of Then & Now. Dec. 18 through 20. 2:30 and 7:30 p.m.
Vocalists and The Z's choir of carolers sing original music and favorites.
Santa Swings. Dec. 21, 7 p.m.
Tidewater Winds Big Band with guest vocalists Danielle Roby and Frank Cubillo.
Uncle Wiggly's Christmas Carol. Dec. 26-27, 11 a.m. and 2 p.m.
