The pandemic has made times tough for many in our community. Through it all, WHRO Public Media has continued to bring you the trusted news reporting, dynamic music, and fine arts performances that you enjoy on WHRV and WHRO FM. Your support is vital to continue the kind of unique programming you expect from your public radio stations.
Our Winter radio membership drive runs Dec. 6-10, and to continue investing in our community, we’ve partnered with local food banks to help those in need.
When you become a member of WHRO, you’ll also be providing meals to people in our community through the Virginia Peninsula Foodbank and the Foodbank of Southeastern Virginia and the Eastern Shore.
$10 monthly / $120 one-time gift You will be supporting WHRO and providing 40 meals to the Food Bank
$20 monthly / $240 one-time gift You will be supporting WHRO and providing 80 meals to the Food Bank
$50 monthly / $600 one-time gift You will be supporting WHRO and providing 200 meals to the Food Bank
