We are deeply saddened by the passing of Scott Wheeler, a beloved friend and longtime champion of WHRO and the Hampton Roads community.
In our last issue of Dimensions magazine, we had the privilege of recognizing Bay Power Solutions as one of the many champions whose generosity and leadership help make our mission possible. That story serves as a meaningful reflection of Scott’s extraordinary commitment to giving back and making a difference.
Scott’s impact on WHRO extended far beyond his company’s support. Through his years of board service, volunteer leadership, encouragement, and friendship, he helped strengthen our organization and the community we serve.
He led with humility, kindness, and a genuine spirit of service — always asking how he could help. We are grateful for his partnership and for the lasting legacy he leaves behind.
Our deepest condolences go to Scott’s family, friends, and the entire Bay Power Solutions team. He will be greatly missed and forever remembered as a true champion of WHRO.
