Americana music lovers are going to have a great few weeks this Spring with a plethora of artists who are passing through Southeast Virginia. Artists slated to appear in the region include The Steep Canyon Rangers, Alison Krauss and Union Station featuring Sam Bush, Virginia based band Palmyra, and Yonder Mountain. We'll also hear from perennial Union Station member Dan Tyminski and his "God Fearing Heathen" Solo release. Also, a track from one of the hottest bands out on the circuit right now- The Kody Norris Show. The band, well known for their Nudie Suit style, is out on an extended spring and summer tour with several stops in Virginia and North Carolina. The group's latest release is "High Falutin Hillbilly" which came out in 2025. They also released a wonderful cover of the holiday classic " Santa Claus is Coming to Town" last December.
