The first WHRO Tiny Desk Concert of 2026 is this Sunday with Eastern Shore native Forest Flynn as the in-studio guest. The singer-songwriter has quickly immersed himself into the local music scene. Flynn draws deep on his roots, writing songs about life on the Shore and his professed love for the region. He's been a frequent guest on WHRV with in-studio performances the past two years on the traditional Sunday before Christmas holiday program, as well as a featured spot on The Acoustic Highway. He just released a new song entitled "Thrills" and is preparing to perform as an opening act in a show next weekend with Cari Lacey and Robbie Bradshaw. Hear Forest- his inspiration- his thoughts- his music on WHRO's Tiny Desk Concert. Sunday at 6 on WHRV and on-demand at WHRO.org
