This week's Pickin features the music of Audie Blaylock and his band Redline. Blaylock began his career as a Sunny Mountain Boy with the great Jimmy Martin. He also worked with other traditional artists like Red Allen and Lynn Morris. We'll hear several selections from him. Also, music from Red Camel Collective and their debut self-titled release. They are the backup band for Junior Sisk and are still performing with him but also venturing out for this solo outing . Also, music from some very classic releases including, JD Crowe and the New South's self-titled Rounder 0044 album, The Country Gentlemen's Folk Session Inside release, and Flatt and Scruggs captured live at Carnegie Hall.
