Join Cathy Lews as she interviews Dave Mayfield, the environmental reporter for the Virginian-Pilot, whom created a project that encouraged citizens throughout the Hampton Roads to measure and document the the water level at high tide. The project was sponsored by different media partners including the Virginian-Pilot, WHRO Public Media, the Daily Press and WVEC-TV. About 500 people participated in the event. Find out what blue sky flooding means, why the tides keep rising and what that means for the Hampton Roads area.
