What your Attorney or Estate Planner needs to prepare your bequest

You may specify that your gift be used for the general purposes of the organization, which provides WHRO with the most flexibility. Gifts to WHRO are tax deductible. An attorney familiar with local probate practice should draft your will, trust, or other bequest document. WHRO cannot prepare your bequest documents nor act as executor of your estate.
