What is the KEYSTONE CLUB?

WHRO’s KEYSTONE CLUB is a member program created and designed to simplify the donation process. They are those members who generously commit to giving a set amount to WHRO each month or each quarter. It provides you with an easy and convenient option to support WHRO in an ongoing way. As a KEYSTONE CLUB Member, your recurring donation is automatically charged to your credit card or via direct monthly withdrawals from a bank account, on a recurring basis that you chose – monthly, every three months, or once a year. All online donations are safely and securely processed. It has never been easier to support WHRO’s KEYSTONE CLUB!

How can I donate?

CREDIT CARD: Use our secure online submission form and check which Keystone Club installment option you would like to use for your contribution.
DIRECT GIVING: When you join our Direct Giving program, your gift will be transferred each month from your checking account to WHRO. Please complete the enrollment form online. (A voided check must be mailed in for the first gift, see instructions on the submission form). Future gifts will be transferred directly from your account. Gifts will begin transferring in about four weeks, and a record of your gifts will appear on your bank statement.

You can easily change the amount, how often you donate, or you can discontinue your membership at any time. All you need to do is call WHRO at 757.889 -9370 or write to: 5200 Hampton Boulevard, Norfolk, VA 23508.

What are the benefits of becoming an KEYSTONE CLUB Member?

Automatic Membership Renewal: Your annual membership will be renewed automatically for as long as you maintain your support as a Keystone Club Member. Your Passport card will be mailed on your anniversary each year and you will continue to receive your Member Guide without interruption. No more renewal notices!
Dedicated Member Service Representative: To serve you properly, we’ll provide you with your own member services representative through the Keystone Club Information Line. You can call with any questions regarding your membership, programming or any other issues concerning WHRO.
On-Air Thank You: Periodically throughout the year, you will be acknowledged on air as a Keystone Club Member.
Purchase CDs or Videos: The ability to purchase CDs or videos at the station’s cost.
On-going Surveys: To help us understand what the public as a whole are feeling towards our programming on both radio and television, you will be invited to participate in giving your on-going feedback through surveys – either on-line or through the mail.
WHRO Endowment Fund: As a member of the exclusive Keystone Club, you have the option to add an extra $1 or $2 with each monthly installment to be earmarked for the Endowment Fund, which will provide WHRO with a stable and predictable revenue source for generations to come.
