Linwood Holton served as governor of Virginia from 1970 until 1974, a turbulent time for public politics in Virginia and across America. He has just published a new memoir titled 'Opportunity Time' and we speak with Governor Holton about his time in office and his political legacy, which includes championing issues like school integration and encouraging the development of areas like Hampton Roads. His daughter, Anne Holton is currently residing in the Governor's Mansion again as the First Lady of Virginia.
