The General Assembly’s Legislative Session is nearing its mid-point. Cross-over day is February 10th - it is the day when all legislation, with the exception of budget bills, must be completed in each house and sent to the other side for consideration. We'll bring you the latest from Daily Press reporter Kimball Payne and we'll talk with Dr. Quentin Kidd of Christopher Newport University and Dr. Robert Holsworth, President of Virginia Tomorrow, about the progress being made at the Capitol.
