Technology Teacher of the Year (Make sure you download the form to go along with this. Look above.)
This award recognizes outstanding teachers from C.I.I. member schools and divisions who effectively use technology with students. If you wish to be considered, or wish to nominate someone else for this award, you must submit:
1. This completed application form.
2. A one-page description of a project, teaching unit, or curriculum you have taught which utilizes technology. Describe how the technology is used, why the technology is necessary, and how the project affected your students.
3. A one-page signed letter of recommendation from a supervisor or peer who is familiar with your work.
Technology Integrator of the Year (Make sure you download the form to go along with this. Look above.)
This award recognizes outstanding integrators from C.I.I. member and C.I.I. Service Participant schools and divisions who effectively support teachers’ integration of technology into the classroom. If you wish to be considered, or wish to nominate someone else for this award, you must submit:
1. This completed application form.
2. A one-page description of a project you have worked on with a classroom teacher showing the technology integration. Describe how the technology is used, why the technology is necessary, and how the project affected your students.
3. A one-page signed letter of recommendation from a supervisor or peer who is familiar with your work.
Technology Administrator of the Year (Make sure you download the form to go along with this. Look above.)
This award recognizes outstanding administrators from C.I.I. member schools and divisions who have effectively increased the use of technology within their school. If you wish to be considered, or wish to nominate someone else for this award, you must submit:
1. This completed application form.
2. A one-page description of how you have effectively increased or directed a change in the use of technology in the schools. Describe how you have played a role in the implementation of technology in the classroom.
3. A one-page signed letter of recommendation from a supervisor, peer, or faculty member who is familiar with your work.
