Interactive Quizzes By Tami Maloney

Interactive Quizzes

Developed over five years ago by Tami Maloney, Technology Integration Specialist with the Poquoson Public Schools, and updated annually, “Interactive Quizzes” features study activities created with released test items from the Virginia Department of Education. Activities for grades 3, 4, 5, and 8 are available in all the core subject areas including math, reading and language arts, science, social studies, and technology. There’s even a set of “End of Course” activities.

In addition, the site offers links to other standards-based study tools from Virginia and across the country that have been previewed and selected by Tami. Among the dozens of tools listed you will find:

  • interactive quizzes from the Texas Education Agency
  • interactive quizzes created by the Office of Science Education at Jefferson Lab
  • Drill Games offered by Education 4 Kids, Inc.
  • and links to other study tools and quizzes created by schools across Virginia
