The Center for Regional Citizenship is a WHRO Community Engagement Initiative.

Established in 2005, the Center is an active expression of WHRO's mission to educate, enlighten and engage the citizens of Hampton Roads.

The Center extends the impact of public media with a goal to build civic, social and educational capital in Hampton Roads.
